The Sunday Service

The highlight of our Weddings and Baptisms Event was the Sunday Service which was attended by over 60 of a congregation and included renewal of wedding vows.

'Wedding & Baptisms' Weekend 2008

On 23rd and 24th August 2008, Aberdour St Drostans held a special 'Weddings & Baptisms' event. This is another in the series of themed weekends which we have had in the past few years and as before, we came together in fellowship to reflect on the things which bind us together as families and as a church community.

This year, the event was as successful as those in years before.Throughout the weekend a steady stream of folks came into the church to view the exhibition, to linger, chat and reminisce over a cup of tea. The Saturday night ceilidh brought all that is best in traditional Scottish entertainment and on the Sunday we came together to praise the Lord for his goodness to us and to celebrate the joy of marriage and baptism.
